Privacy policy

This website is run by Ferencz Toth, based in Romania, who is the data controller for it. For any privacy question or request, write to ferencztothdev@gmail.com.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and the data cannot be used to identify you or follow you across other websites.

Each page view records: the time, the page address and referrer, filtered query parameters, an approximate location (country, region, city), your operating system, browser and device type. Only aggregated statistics are used.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Vercel’s analytics privacy notes for details.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver pages and protect the service, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and request details in its server logs. Vercel is based in the United States; transfers from the EU are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Vercel privacy policy.

Fonts are served from this site itself; no requests are made to Google or other font services.

If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply, and I don’t share them with anyone. Ask me any time and I will delete our conversation.

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask me to restrict its use, object to it, or ask for a copy of it. Email ferencztothdev@gmail.com.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, or the authority where you live.
